Set Up Your Theme

Themes control visual styling including colors, fonts, and backgrounds.

Option A: Use an Existing Slide

Best if you have company slides

Open a slide you like and say:

"Save this slide as a theme called [Name]"

Gridlines will extract the colors, fonts, and styling from your slide.

Option B: Have Gridlines Create One

Best if you're starting fresh

Describe what you're looking for:

"I'm working on a finance AI company and want a professional theme. My primary colors are blue and dark green. Please recommend one."

We'll show you 3 options. To save one, say:

"Save theme 3 as [Name]"

Using Your Theme

Once saved, your theme will be applied to all new slides you create. You can switch themes at any time by asking:

"Switch to the [Theme Name] theme"

Or:

"Show me my saved themes"
